Vivo iQOO Neo 3 is scheduled to launch on April 23rd in China and the company had already confirmed to would ship with Snapdragon 865 SoC and have 5G connectivity. It is a variant of the iQOO 3 that was launched in February. Now, while we wait for the official announcement, the iQOO Neo 3 has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark website revealing some of its key specifications, including RAM, Android OS, and chipset details. The handset has a model number V1981A and it managed to score 4,357 points in single-core and 13,685 in multi-core benchmark, respectively. The Vivo iQOO Neo 3 that was spotted on Geekbench has 8GB RAM, but there could be other variants as well. It runs on Android 10 and will be powered by a 1.8Ghz chipset.

The Vivo iQOO Neo 3 is expected to sport a 6.6-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a high 144Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole cutout to accommodate the selfie camera and possibly Corning Gorilla Glass layer. The handset will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC coupled with Adreno 650 GPU, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage that may be further expandable. It will run Android 10 and the gaming smartphone will be equipped with ‘Monster Touch Buttons’ and ‘4D Game Vibration’ features to enhance gameplay experience.
The Vivo iQOO Neo 3 is said to pack quad cameras with 48MP primary sensor, a telephoto lens, ultra-wide-angle sensor, and macro sensor. It could have a high-resolution front camera for selfies and video chats. The iQOO Neo 3 is tipped to pack a beefy battery with 44W fast-charging support, an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and 5G connectivity.
