Redmi 9 is expected to be the company’s next budget offering and will be accompanied by the Redmi 9A and Remdi 9C. The complete specifications and price of the handset leaked online recently and it was certified by BIS as well, suggesting its imminent launch in India. Now, an alleged Redmi 9 live image has leaked on Weibo, showing off the colour options it will be available in and also the complete back panel. From the back, it seems the Redmi 9 design will be similar to the POCO X2.

The Xiaomi Redmi 9 will be available in Purple and Green colour options as per the leaked live image, but there could be more options at launch. The triple-camera setup on the back is arranged vertically in a circular module similar to the POCO X2 or Redmi K30. There is also a fingerprint sensor just below the camera sensor. The LED flash and a fourth camera, possibly a ToF camera sensor, can also be seen. The new Redmi 9 image is in line with an earlier leaked live image.
