Realme TV, the brand’s first-ever smart TV, is set to launch in India on March 25th alongside the Realme Watch. After leaving its mark in the smartphone market, Realme is all set to foray into the smart TV segment in India. Ahead of the Realme TV India launch event on Monday, the company has teased a few specifications, features as well as the design of the smart TV. The Realme TV is already up for blind orders on Realme’s website, so the only thing left to know really is the price and sale date of the television. Realme TV design and models
Based on a handful of teasers, the Realme TV to come with the modern bezel-less design and an end-to-edge display. The display is confirmed to be backed by up to 500 nits brightness and Chroma Boost for better dynamic range. While it’s not official yet, the Realme TV is expected to come in three sizes: 43-inch, 32-inch, and 55-inch. The 55-inch Realme TV will reportedly be top-end variant and tout QLED panel. The 43-inch and 32-inch models, on the other hand, will most likely feature LCD displays.
Realme TV will run on Android TV
Realme TV will ship with Android TV OS, which means you will have access to Google Play Store and Google Assistant. Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth has also confirmed that streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube will be pre-installed on the Realme TV.

Realme TV specifications
The company has revealed some key Realme TV specifications ahead of launch. The smart TV will be the first in its segment to be powered by a 64-bit MediaTek quad-core processor that comprises of ARM Cortex-A53 CPUs and Mali-470 MP3 GPU. It’ll also rock quad speakers with a 24W stereo output and Dolby Audio support. Additionally, the Realme TV will also have smart connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and built-in Chromecast for screen mirroring.
Realme TV expected price in India
The upcoming Realme TV will most likely compete against Xiaomi’s Mi TVs, which means you can expect it to come with aggressive, low-cost prices. The 32-inch Mi TV 4A is listed on Xiaomi’s official website at Rs 12,499, while the 43-inch and 55-inch models are available at Rs 24,999 and Rs 47,999, respectively. The Realme TV models prices should fall around the same range as these Mi TV models. Realme’s smart TV will be available for sale across the country exclusively via Flipkart and Realme.com and the company will announce the first sale date on May 25th.
