OPPO A12s has been announced as the new entrant to the company’s A series in Cambodia. It succeeds the OPPO A12 that launched in India last month. The OPPO A12s is quite similar to the A12 in terms of internal hardware. The smartphone ships with a 4,230mAh battery, MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and a dated Android 9.0 Pie. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a waterdrop notch to accommodate the selfie snapper. Here’s a quick look at the OPPO A12s price and specifications.

The OPPO A12s price in Cambodia is $129 (around Rs 9,721) for the sole variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It will be available in Blue and Grey colours. The company hasn’t revealed global availability details yet.

The OPPO A12s sports a 6.22-inch HD+ display with 720 x 1520 pixels, a tiny waterdrop notch, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that is further expandable via microSD card. The OPPO A12s runs on Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS 6.1 custom skin on top of it. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
As for the cameras, the OPPO A12s has dual cameras at the back consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary lens. On the front, there is a 5MP snapper for selfies and video chats. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and microUSB port for charging and data sync. The phone packs a 4,230mAh battery and there seems to be no fast-charging support. The handset measures 155.9 x 75.5 x 8.3mm and weighs 165 grams.
