Micromax In series India launch date is November 3rd, the company has confirmed through media invites. Micromax is ready to make a comeback in the smartphone market after being dormant for several years. Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma recently unveiled the ‘In’ series following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘AtmaNirbhar Bharat’ initiative, suggesting the phones will be made in India. Micromax In series is expected to include the Micromax In 1a. The Micromax In 1a specifications were recently spotted on Geekbench and speculations are rife that there will be more phones that will be launched on November 3rd. The In-series phones will reportedly be priced under Rs 10,000.

Micromax In launch date

As mentioned earlier, Micromax In 1a specifications were recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. The listing revealed the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC (MT6765V) chipset but there are chances it may launch with MediaTek Helio 35 SoC instead. The chipset is said to be paired with 4GB RAM and Android 10 OS. Other specifications of the handset are said to include a 6.5-inch HD+ display, a 5,000mAh battery, and stock Android UI out of the box. It is tipped to come in two variants – 2GB RAM and 32GB storage and 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.

The Micromax In 1a will have two different camera setup for both the variants. The 2GB RAM variant is said to come with 13MP + 2MP dual-lens setup and an 8MP front-facing camera. While the 3GB RAM model will have triple cameras, including a 13MP primary sensor, a 5MP secondary lens, and a 2MP sensor. It is tipped to get a 13MP selfie camera. Micromax is working on another phone that’ll ship with the Helio G85 SoC, but other details about the phone are a mystery. With the launch just a few days away, we should know more details soon.
