Samsung Galaxy A51 is tipped to be the upcoming Galaxy A series phone that’ll succeed the recently launched Galaxy A50s. We exclusively reported that Samsung Galaxy A51 production has already kickstarted in India at the company’s facility in Greater Noida, UP. Now in another exclusive, appandphones.com brings you the images of the internals of the Galaxy A51. The images show the Samsung Galaxy A51 will feature a USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom. The Galaxy A51, like with most Samsung phone, also packs a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion. We can also confirm the phone will have an L-shaped quad-camera setup on the back and a waterdrop notch in the front.
Samsung Galaxy A51 specifications
Previously, the Samsung Galaxy A51 appeared on Geekbench, revealing its model number SM-A515F. It managed to score 323 points in the single-core and 1,185 points in the multi-core tests. The listing also revealed the phone will be powered by the 10nm FinFet Exynos 9611 SoC aided by a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It is expected to ship with Android 10 with One UI 2.0 custom skin on top. The Galaxy A51 is tipped to pack 4GB RAM coupled with 64GB/128GB storage, that is further expandable via a microSD card.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy A51 is said to feature quad-camera setup at the back consisting of a 32-megapixel primary sensor, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and a 5-megapixel depth-sensing unit. The handset is tipped to arrive in silver, black, and blue colour options. Unfortunately, that’s all the information we so far know. It’s possible the Samsung Galaxy A51 will launch in India in the first quarter of 2020 and should be priced upwards of Rs 20,000.
